We're currently seeking a contract ERP Consultant with specialised experience in implementing Pronto Software's Xi ERP system within mining environments to join our consulting team.

Role Overview: As an ERP Consultant specialising in Pronto Xi, you will support our mining client by managing the successful implementation, customisation, and ongoing support of its ERP system. Your expertise in Pronto ERP within mining operations will be crucial to enhance business processes, operational efficiency, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end implementation and configuration of Pronto Xi specifically within a mining context.
• Set up and manage complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) relevant to mining operations.
• Provide comprehensive training, guidance, and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of the ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues swiftly, minimising disruption to mining operations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements tailored to mining industry needs.
• Document processes and customisations clearly and effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience implementing and supporting Pronto Xi specifically in the mining industry.
• Demonstrable experience setting up and maintaining complex Bills of Materials relevant to mining.
• Ability to effectively train and engage users across various operational roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in ERP systems or related fields.
• In-depth understanding of mining operations and processes.
• Experience with reporting tools and integrations relevant to the mining industry.
