  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, H&S and internal policy obligations.
  • Foster excellent occupier relationships and maintain strong communication channels.
  • Monitor budgets, manage service charges and lead monthly partner performance meetings.
  • Oversee sustainability initiatives, utilities management and emergency preparedness.
  • Deputise for the Estate Manager and support additional sites across the portfolio as required.
