Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of all facilities and building services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage contracts across M&E, cleaning, security, front of house, and building fabric maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, H&S and internal policy obligations.
- Foster excellent occupier relationships and maintain strong communication channels.
- Monitor budgets, manage service charges and lead monthly partner performance meetings.
- Oversee sustainability initiatives, utilities management and emergency preparedness.
- Deputise for the Estate Manager and support additional sites across the portfolio as required.
