As an Account Manager, you will represent one of the most innovative companies in the industry, helping brands optimize their media spend based on real-time, scaled neurological reactions of their target consumers. You’ll play a key role in driving client success by leveraging cutting-edge technology that’s transforming the way brands connect with their audience.

You will work closely with Fortune 500 brands and their agency partners, fostering relationships with key decision-makers across the UK and Europe. Your focus will be on building and strengthening client relationships, driving the growth of our presence, and ensuring client success as we expand into new markets.

The Account Manager will play a vital role in driving growth across the UK and Europe, focusing on building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and agencies. This position will be critical in supporting the expansion of our business presence through hands-on, on-the-ground assistance. You will work closely with our Executive Director based in Singapore, collaborating with client partners across the UK and Europe to unlock new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Translate client needs and project objectives into actionable strategies with the AdOps, US & APAC based Account Management teams, and Executive teams.
  • Ability to be nimble and resourceful, work under tight deadlines, and respond to shifting priorities across multiple client accounts.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the GlassView service offering and competitive landscape.
  • Help break into new expansion markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (in marketing, business, or communications is a plus).
  • ~2-5 years of experience in Media, Advertising or Ad Tech.
  • Understanding the full scope of a client’s marketing objectives.
  • Experience working with key advertising agencies in UK & Europe is a plus.
  • Required - Microsoft Office, Google Apps.
  • Preferred - Salesforce, Netsuite, DCM, Project Management, Basic Photoshop, Various Advertising Platforms.
