Nestling in the heart of the Sussex countryside is the world-famous Glyndebourne Opera House. With three restaurants, two bars, private dining rooms, and fabulous picnics, Dining at Glyndebourne offers high-end catering facilities to complement this magnificent venue.

We are now recruiting for the Summer Opera Festival from May until August 2025. During the Festival, we are open seven days a week and have a variety of shift patterns, including full-time, part-time, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for dedicated and committed back of house staff. The roles include kitchen portering, which will involve cleaning and dish washing. Exact roles will be determined based on a candidate's aptitude and previous experience.

Successful candidates will be hard-working and dedicated, with boundless energy and enthusiasm. A can-do attitude is essential, as is the ability to work calmly under pressure and to work well within a team.
