Who you are:
~1-3 years sales experience in an outbound role as an SDR, AE or other telesales role

Desirable
Experience working as part of a US (or international) team or on a go-to-market strategy
Experience working with and closing sales to an executive level of talent (e.g. recruitment, b2b/b2c sales)
Previous experience selling subscription-based products or career-led programmes
Enjoyment of spending time with prospects and motivated by financial rewards and career progression at a fast-moving, hyper-growth startup

What the job involves:
Opportunity to play a key role in Connectd\’s international expansion
You\’ll be in the team selling our 2x advisory projects. With Transition to Portfolio being the main one (
Potentially an opportunity to travel to Miami/Atlanta for events/meetings, with a longer-term opportunity to fully move there
Effective closing: You will lead prospects through the full sales cycle to close (360 approach)
Diligent listening – Highly effective listener and able to pivot deftly to position the range of Connectd services to different client types
Intellectually curious – Studious approach to their specialism, keeping abreast of developments in the executive space and speaking confidently about someone\’s career and future ambitions
Passion and desire to work hard to make a real change in the early-stage business ecosystem

~30-minute qualification call. Preparation – 60-second pitch on Connectd and how we help our members, to be delivered virtually. Other topics – Motivations to work in this role at Connectd, relevant experience already gained and why you will be successful in this role
~60-minute face-to-face interview with multiple members of the leadership team at Connectd

Salary & OTE:
~£35,000 P/A base salary
