Job Title: Business Development Manager

Regional Manager
Retain and grow a healthy profit margin for the business.

Win a combination of New and Dormant business to help to grow overall revenue and profit for your branch.
Manage a portfolio of existing business to ensure customers are spending to their maximum potential.
Analyse customer data and market research to give yourself the best potential chance of winning new/additional business.
Co-operate with your employer to enable any legal obligations to be complied with
Liaise with Regional Manager, Branch Manager, Commercial Director and Employees at all levels within the Company.

Contractors

Full Driving Licence, with flexibility to travel
Written, oral English and Mathematics to GCSE standard
Excel / PowerPoint presentations skills

Experience in generation of New Business and Account Management
Significant experience in Field sales (minimum of 1 years)
Adherence to company systems including CRM, pipeline and risk reporting

Performance Management Responsibilities:

IT Literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (PowerPoint, Access, Visio or similar preferable.)

Business Skills:
Report writing
