Location: North of England On behalf of our Public Sector, Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist, to join their Procurement Team, to start in the new year. My client is seeking an individual who can hit the ground running and support the procurement team in a time of major transformation. The right individuals will ensure compliance with regulations and legislation and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Ensure business needs and expectations are met or exceeded, whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Plan and develop Procurement options ensuring timescales and objectives are met Manage multiple high-value, often complex, procurement projects at a time. Support the negotiation of contracts Provide procurement and commercial advice that aligns with public sector legislation and regulations Support the collection of market intelligence and undertake focused spend analysis Essential Criteria: CIPS, or above, qualification IT procurement experience
