Outside The Box Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Luxury Senior/Sales Consultant with over 1 year of senior/sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have a passion or understanding for country lifestyle living and British heritage brands.

The store is based in the heart of Piccadilly/Mayfair, where their clients consist of global high net worth clients and tourists. Our client is a highly reputable and established luxury British country clothing brand, established over 150 years. Over these years, they have sold to royalty, gentry, pop stars, and celebrities for all their country pursuit attire.

Offering a great service experience is the expectation, based at their two-floor store, with a warm welcoming team. In addition to their clothing range, they also have leather goods, quirky gifts, and homewares. As a traditional company, they hold dear the wellbeing of their teams, and store trading hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, closing every Sunday during summer and on bank holidays.

You will be part of a store team of 12, meeting and greeting shoppers/clients as they enter the store. Focus on delivering the ultimate client experience and building rapport with clients.

  • Attention to detail with store and personal presentation.
  • Flexible to cross-sell across all departments.
  • 1+ years as a Senior/Sales Consultant within a luxury fashion, accessories, or lifestyle store.
  • Enjoys approaching, meeting, and greeting customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Sales and service driven.
  • Articulate with an excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Any additional languages would be desirable but not essential.
  • Attention to detail - High standard of housekeeping and VM presentation.
  • Able to demonstrate success at selling to a discerning local and tourist clientele.

Additional to the salary is a clothing allowance of £750, 1% commission, bonus, and discount.
