CHILD PLAY THERAPIST REQUIRED PART TIME (2-3DAYS A WEEK) BRENT ASAP OR JAN START PAY FROM £110 PER DAY A forward-thinking Referral Unit based in Brent, serving pupils challenging behaviors from Primary to Secondary, is seeking to appoint a Child Play Therapist. is a part-time, temporary role that may become permanent for the right candidate. About the Referral Unit They provide a fresh start for young people who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education and aim to prepare them for progression to their next stage. Students are provided with a small, nurturing and academically rigorous environment and are re-engaged through high expectations, a supportive environment, and an expectation that they will follow a largely mainstream curriculum and achieve their qualifications. Job Summary The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to support individuals in their journey towards mental and emotional well-being. As a Therapist, you will provide therapeutic interventions, assessments, and support to clients facing various challenges. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to create a safe and trusting environment for clients.
