We're seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team, focusing on scaling innovative processes and products from lab to production trials

What You'll Do:

Lead process and product scale-up from R&D through to full-scale manufacturing
Optimise manufacturing processes for sustainable leather textile production
Collaborate with suppliers and universities to develop scalable solutions
Manage scale-up projects, troubleshoot production challenges, and implement process improvements
Work closely with our production facilities to ensure seamless technology transfer

What We're Looking For:

Chemical Engineering , Chemisty, Material Science or Process Engineering degree with a focus on process engineering or scale-up
Maximum 3 years of experience in process development, scale-up, or manufacturing
Skills: Process optimisation, data analysis, project management, and strong problem-solving abilities
