Job Title: Multi Trader
Location: Southwark, London
Pay Rate: £20 – £23 Umbrella
Job Type: Contract
The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Multi Trader to join our team in Southwark. In this role, you will carry out a variety of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements across a range of trades. Your responsibilities will span from routine reactive repairs to large-scale programmed refurbishment work and occupational therapy adaptations in both occupied and void housing properties, as well as other Council-owned premises.
Your key duties will include:
- Carrying out building repairs and maintenance work to the highest standards and in accordance with current regulations and best trade practices.
- Ensuring all repairs are completed 'Right First Time,' with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Delivering work on time and to agreed quality standards, with an adaptable approach to meet the needs of our tenants.
- Contributing to making Camden the best place to live, work, study, and visit by ensuring that our buildings are maintained to a high standard.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a motivated individual who has experience in building maintenance and repairs, with the following skills and qualities:
- Proven experience in building repairs and maintenance, preferably within a social housing environment.
- Knowledge of trade disciplines and the ability to carry out various repair works, including refurbishment and adaptations.
