Multi Trader Southwark, London £20 – £23 Umbrella Contract Multi trader required for Floor Laying team. The Role: We are looking for a dedicated Multi Trader to join our team in Southwark. In this role, you will carry out a variety of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements across a range of trades. Your responsibilities will span from routine reactive repairs to large-scale programmed refurbishment work and occupational therapy adaptations in both occupied and void housing properties, as well as other Council-owned premises. Require adaptations floor layer. Must be experienced with altro/polysafe flooring and able to work independently to enable full repair van and fuel card provided Your key duties will include: Carrying out building repairs and maintenance work to the highest standards and in accordance with current regulations and best trade practices.
