PHOENIX Medical Supplies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. Role Overview: As a Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role in testing software developed by our software analysts. Your goal will be to ensure that the software meets the requirements defined in the Document of Change specification and has no adverse effects on existing functionality. You will also prepare deliveries of verified software in accordance with specified procedures. Key Responsibilities: Create comprehensive test cases using Zephyr Enterprise. Conduct program and system tests. Track and report bugs using Jira. Compile user release and implementation notes Understand software and business requirements. Assist in creating system manuals and training documentation. Essential: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, ISEB/ISTQB in software testing. Experience with SQL, UNIX, Jira, Confluence, and Test Management Tools. Skills and Experience: ISEB/ISTQB in software testing. Experience with SQL, UNIX, Jira, Confluence, and Test Management Tools.
