As a Cover Supervisor you will be required to ensure the completion of the work set by the teacher. Working as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school will really help refine your behaviour management strategies as you are responsible for managing the behaviour of the whole class. You are required to safeguard students’ wellbeing, feedback at the end of the day to the cover manager, including reporting any issues.
