We’re hiring for 2 new roles and looking for smart, proactive, and ambitious quantitative researchers to join a growing team at a highly regarded independent insights consultancy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career – someone who’s confident working directly with clients, passionate about delivering high-quality insights, and comfortable managing research from brief to debrief.
You’ll work across a diverse range of bespoke projects for global brands across sectors such as tech, retail, media, and lifestyle. Methodologies vary – from brand tracking and segmentations to pricing studies and advanced analytics – so curiosity and adaptability are key.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning and leading the day-to-day delivery of quant research projects
- Managing timelines, budgets, and clients with confidence
- Designing questionnaires and crafting compelling, visually strong reports
- Applying a strong understanding of quant methods (e.g. segmentation, conjoint, tracking)
- Collaborating with internal ops and support teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Developing client relationships and spotting opportunities for added value
- Mentoring junior researchers and contributing to a supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in quant research (agency side)
- Excellent project management skills, with an eye for detail
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively
- A client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator – written and verbal
- A natural team player who’s also happy working independently
