They are currently in the market for a number of section managers to work on a large high end residential project in Central Manchester. The section manager they are looking for will ideally have a stable work history and have a main building background with proven experience of fit out of internal buildings. Experience working for a main building contractor on student accommodation or apartment’s projects ideally. Their project’s range from £15 million-£25million which. The section manager they are looking for have experience in delivering internal interiors to high quality standards. Experience managing joinery, flooring, mechanical and electrical to a high finishing standard. As a section manager you will be responsible to coordinate the sub-contracting trades and labour on site ensuring all are adhering to the tightest health and
safety procedures. These are fast moving projects with times scales and budgets to be met.
