Job Title: Head of Sales – Personal Care & Cosmetics
Novaris search has partnered with an innovative ingredient manufacturer who have a range of active & functional ingredients for skin care, sun care, hair care and neighbouring industries. They have achieved a remarkable +27% growth in Europe last year and as they continue to expand, they\’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to support their sales efforts.
This role will be responsible for leading a sales team whilst driving the strategy to continue their growth. They are looking at strengthening their presence in key markets in Europe like the Netherlands and need someone with an ability to drive sales, bring in new business and open new accounts.
Sales Leadership:
– Direct and oversee all sales activities within UK & Netherlands & other markets in Europe (e.g. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands to grow into these markets and drive their market share
– Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
– Collaborate with senior management to define long-term strategies and budgets.
– Team Building:
– Recruit, train, and mentor a talented sales team to ensure high performance and engagement.
– Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sales department.
-Account Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key existing accounts
-Actively seek new business opportunities to bring in new accounts
– Performance Tracking:
– Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights
Proven ability to generate sales in personal care and cosmetic market
-Strong experience selling active ingredients into personal care/cosmetics
