Job Description

Sales Development Representative

Location: London

Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

Salary: Negotiable + high uncapped bonuses

My Award winning client is building a category-defining SaaS platform and scaling fast. Backed by top-tier VC and a rapidly expanding global customer base, they are moving quickly, testing constantly, and expecting high ownership from everyone in the team.

This Sales Development Representative role sits at the sharp end of growth. You’ll own revenue outcomes, build pipeline from scratch, and close deals with ambitious FMCG brands. You’ll be trusted early, given real responsibility, and rewarded with rapid progression as the business scales.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Own outbound and inbound pipeline end-to-end from first touch to close
  • Work side-by-side with the Growth team to execute and refine go-to-market strategy in real time
  • Aggressively source and engage new clients via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreach
  • Run sharp discovery calls and high-energy product demos that clearly communicate value and ROI
  • Be obsessed with new business, feeding insights directly into Product and Marketing to influence roadmap and messaging
  • Track performance rigorously, using data and feedback to continuously improve conversion and velocity
  • Act as a visible ambassador for my client, consistently outperforming targets and raising the bar across the team
  • Stay ahead of competitors, trends, and emerging tech to help shape how the product and sales motion evolve
  • Represent the business at industry events and in-market activity as they scale globally

What Experience You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation Sales or Business Development, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or a high-growth startup
  • A track record of beating targets with a strong hunter mentality
  • Confidence owning commercial conversations and pushing deals forward with urgency
  • Experience in or strong interest in the food or consumer goods ecosystem is a plus
