We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Events Manager to take the lead on all event execution and strategy. This role is pivotal in planning and delivering our event programme – including webinars, exhibitions, conferences (where we have speaking opportunities and stands), and other marketing-led events – ensuring they are aligned with campaign goals and deliver measurable impact.

  • Event Planning & Management: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of all marketing events – including webinars, sponsored industry conferences, and exhibition events. Work closely with the Content Manager and Campaign Manager to ensure pre- and post-event campaigns are fully integrated, optimised, and drive maximum ROI. Set clear objectives for each event, track performance, and report on outcomes, learnings, and ROI.
  • Event Promotion & Web Management: Post event listings and registration pages on our WordPress website and ensure content is current and aligned with wider campaign messaging.
  • Creative & Design: Manage the design and production of event stands, signage, and event collateral (with in-house or agency support as needed). Use HubSpot to build event registration workflows, manage attendee lists, and automate pre- and post-event communications. Use Momencio to set up events, support lead capture, and track post-event engagement. Support integration and data alignment with Salesforce to ensure leads are properly routed and followed up. Manage individual event budgets fitting within the overall Marketing budget, negotiate with suppliers, PO creation, and handle all logistical arrangements for live events.

Proven experience managing B2B marketing events (webinars and in-person). Experience using Momencio or similar event engagement tools. Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus. Comfortable using WordPress to post and manage web content. Excellent project management, time management, and organisational skills. A self-starter with a growth mindset and an interest in AI technology and emerging marketing trends. Creative eye for event design and customer experience.
