Our prestigious legal client in Central Cardiff is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Legal Assistant to join their diverse and friendly Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to start their career in the legal sector. You will provide administration and coordination support to the Fee Earning team; providing a first-class level of customer service to clients. What you’ll be doing: * Providing full support to the commercial property fee earners. * Undertaking administrative tasks relating to commercial property sales and purchases. * Onboarding clients; opening new files and closing files. * Liaising with existing and prospective clients, answering, and resolving their queries where relevant. * Interacting with solicitors, providing clarification on any queries or issues.
