Are you an experienced Customer Service advisor with experience in Revenues & Benefits? JO Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of Sandwell Council to recruit Customer Service Advisors to work in the Benefits & Council Tax team based onsite only in Oldbury.
Assignment Length: 3 months initially, with strong potential for extension. Rate: £13.69ph PAYE for a 37 hour working week Monday to Friday, 08:45am to 5pm.
We are seeking experienced Revenues and Benefits staff ideally with NEC/IWorld experience to join the R&B team working in a busy front facing environment within the borough of Sandwell. You will be responsible for giving Benefits and Council Tax advice and signposting our customer base to utilise our electronic and telephone contact streams.
The role will include dealing with customer enquiries face to face, via electronic communication and telephone. Experience within a revenues and benefits environment is essential; however, Sandwell Council Tax reduction scheme overview training will be provided.
A Basic DBS is required for this role. Please forward updated CV for immediate consideration. To start ASAP on an ongoing basis.
