Manpower Engineering are looking for a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team in Scotland's Central Belt. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of their shipbuilding operations, driving continuous improvements across the Welding and Fabrication division, transforming how they work.

Day-to-day, you will identify areas for improvement across processes, systems, and policies, leading the development and implementation of strategies for measurable change within Welding and Fabrication. This will lead to an increase in productivity and a decrease in re-work

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of identifying and implementing business improvements. experience in engineering within the welding, marine, or shipbuilding industry.
