We are working with an industry-leading price-reporting agency (PRA) and information provider for global commodities , delivering critical price data, news, analytics, and events across agriculture, forest products, metals & mining, and new-generation energy markets . Their data supports trading and risk management for businesses worldwide.
As Global Customer Success Manager , you will own and manage a portfolio of global clients, delivering a best-in-class customer experience . You will work with complex, high-value accounts across multiple stakeholders, ensuring engagement, retention, and growth. With a commercial mindset, you’ll identify expansion opportunities and collaborate closely with Account Managers to drive business success.
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key global accounts.
Act as a trusted advisor , ensuring clients leverage the full value of our data and analytics.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and account planning with Account Managers.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, supporting revenue growth.
Lead customer training sessions and ensure knowledge-sharing across teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Editorial teams to enhance the customer experience.
Travel for face-to-face client meetings as needed.
3+ years’ experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based business.
~ Proven ability to manage large, high-value enterprise accounts.
~ Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
~ Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
~ Understanding of commodity markets, price-reporting agencies, or subscription businesses is a plus.
~ Ability to travel internationally as required.
Hybrid working model in London.
