We are looking for Welfare Officers to join our client, an independent organisation who provide accommodation services to numerous organisations across the UK and continues to develop its business in both central and local government as well as the charitable section. This role will be covering areas of Banbury, based at a fixed Initial Accommodation site (some travel may be required based on business need) providing support and management to the Service Users. This is a role where you plan your own day and carry out daily visits in the community. There is no office to travel to. You will have a portfolio of up to 250 service users/tenants., The Welfare Officer is responsible for providing direct support and management to Service Users within an allocated location. Working to an assigned own case inspection, the Welfare Officer maintains accurate records, keeps systems up to date and adheres to company procedures. Experience within a Housing Officer/Welfare Officer support role is essential.

  • 33 days annual leave per annum (25 days plus bank holidays)
