Supported Living Manager £40,000 – £65,000 Leicester Are you looking to step into a role where your leadership skills and passion for supporting individuals can truly shine. As a Supported Living Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of multiple services across Leicester, making a significant impact on the lives of people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and those who present behaviours that challenge. You will be involved with the exciting task of growing new services, including out-of-county placements. Successful candidate will: 1. Lead and manage multiple supported living services, ensuring high-quality care and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to grow new services and expand existing ones. 3. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and service users. 4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards. 5. Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. 6. Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting professional development and best practices. Desirable Experience: 1. Proven experience in managing supported living services or similar settings. 2. Strong understanding of the needs of individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. 3. Experience in managing and developing teams. 4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the care sector. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6.
