Job Title: RICS Chartered Surveyor Company: Salary: Between £40,000 – £55,000 per annum depending on experience

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor to join its growing team. The successful candidate will undertake property inspections, valuations, and surveys, providing expert advice to clients on a wide range of property matters. This role demands a strong client focus, technical excellence, and the ability to manage projects independently and will cover either West London or South London.
Conduct RICS Level 1, 2, and 3 Residential surveys and reports
Undertake property valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book standards
Advise clients on property condition, defects, repairs, and maintenance
Liaise with clients through phone consultations post-survey
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property and market trends
Strong experience in building surveying, ideally within a residential/commercial environment
Excellent report writing and communication skills
Proficient with survey software and digital reporting tools
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
