This role offers the chance to make a real impact while working with SCADA systems in the maritime control and instrumentation domain. Key Responsibilities: Capture and develop customer requirements into technical designs. Produce comprehensive technical documentation following customer standards. Design, specify, and test SCADA systems using RedHat Linux and high-level programming like VB, C#, or C++. Develop SCADA software based on various design formats (Block Diagrams, Flow Charts, Pseudo Code). Manage data communications with third-party systems and equipment. Your Skills and Experience: Expertise in Siemens WinCC Open Architecture (OA) for SCADA systems. Strong background in Oracle/SQL database administration. Knowledge of COTS equipment specification and analysis. Experience with RedHat Linux operating systems. Understanding of Functional Safety standards (BS EN 61508, 61511, or 62061).
