We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading UK operator in purpose-built accommodation for a proactive and detail-focused Estates & Facilities Administrator. This role is based on-site in Leicester, supporting the national Estates and Facilities team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in estates and facilities management. As the Estates & Facilities Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth delivery of facilities services across a UK-wide property estate. Working closely with the Head of Property Services and the wider estates team, you will help coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, compliance administration, and contractor management.
- Supporting the administration and coordination of day-to-day facilities operations
- Liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are met
- Managing records, asset data, and insurance documentation
- Assisting with health and safety documentation, compliance systems, and training coordination
- Preparing reports, tracking actions, and supporting on project delivery across multiple sites
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within estates, property, or facilities management is required. Knowledge or understanding of health & safety, compliance, or facilities regulations is advantageous. Eagerness to learn and progress in a career within estates and facilities is essential.
