The Role As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the creative process for office and commercial interior design projects for businesses across Northern Ireland and ROI. Involved in each project from concept to completion, you will deliver exceptional design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. You will oversee all aspects of the design process, scope client needs, develop briefs, present ideas and manage project delivery. Youll work with the Client Relationship team to secure new business opportunities, take a leadership role in projects, and deliver impactful, creative, and strategically planned design solutions. Additionally, you will: – Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously – Lead and inspire a team to create design-led proposals – Ensure all projects align with sustainable practices and industry trends About You To be considered as a Senior Interior Designer, you will need: – Experience and knowledge of best practices in the construction and/or fit-out sector – Familiarity with sustainable design practices and knowledge of industry trends – Knowledge of design software packages, such as CAD, TrueViewer, and Autodesk – Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts persuasively – The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively – A full, valid driving licence – The flexibility to travel to project sites across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland Other organisations may call this role Senior Designer, Design Lead, Interiors Lead, Lead Interior Designer, Senior Design Consultant, Creative Design Lead, Senior Space Planner, or Principal Designer.
