As CEO, you are accountable for new business generation, delivering the company’s strategic vision, driving sustainable corporate growth, and maintaining the operational excellence that defines our reputation. The role: The CEO is responsible for driving forward sales, overall leadership, strategic direction, and management. The CEO represents the organisation externally and ensures it meets its mission, goals, and values. The primary responsibility of the CEO is to lead on rainmaking.
Key responsibilities
- Expand long-established and loyal client base, initially in the UK by attracting a broader portfolio of clients within chosen niche markets.
- Provide ongoing strategic leadership and vision for the organisation.
- Develop and execute long-term plans in alignment with the Board’s directives.
- Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and staff management.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
