Van/HGV Technician needed
Salary: Β£43,000 - Β£45,000 per annum
Location: Worthing
Our client, a prestigious Commercial Vehicle dealer situated in the South East, is seeking a Van/HGV Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will undertake all duties of a commercial vehicle technician by carrying out inspections, repairs, maintenance and installation of components in accordance with experience.
Role: Van/HGV Technician
Hours: 06.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break; one in four Saturdays 7.00am to 12.00pm as per site rota
Requirements:
- Qualified commercial vehicle technician to City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
- At least a yearβs experience as a LGV / HGV Technician
- A good team player
- Takes responsibility for assigned work and takes pride in working to a high standard
- Understanding of Health & Safety standards required in the workshop
- MOT Qualification desirable but not essential
