Job Role: Design Project Manager Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) Location: Hook, Hampshire Contract: Full-time, permanent Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team which is an engineering company. They are looking for someone who has experience working within the design sector and if you have an understanding or experience with timber. This is an exciting and varied position, offering exposure to multiple aspects of project management, design, and client interaction. Your responsibilities will include: Managing multiple projects at various stages, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Liaising with clients, colleagues, engineers, and suppliers via email, phone, and in person. Producing and monitoring technical designs using Revit, AutoCAD, and proprietary design software. Supporting the production team by learning and understanding product processes. Handling quotes, enquiries, and administrative tasks as part of the project lifecycle. Collaborating with the manufacturing team to deliver bespoke solutions within the timber frame and joist sector. About you: Experience in design and project management, with a background in timber frame or joist systems. Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills. Highly meticulous and detail-oriented. Flexible and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results. Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment. Experience with Revit or AutoCAD is highly desirable. A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
