The London office of GA is looking for a dynamic and motivated Secretary/Assistant with strong attention to detail to support our team.
- Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and travel;
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations in Italian and English;
- Excellent command of English. Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial, or assistant role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and email management.
- Previous experience in law firms is a plus.
