Junior Sous Chef £32K Outskirts of Ipswich 40 hour working week. Our Client, a spectacular countryside Hotel, Restaurant and Banqueting venue, are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join this strong brigade. This beautifully restored Georgian Manor House hosts an impressive array of facilities with an 18 hole golf course, state of the art Leisure Club as well as exquisite gardens on site. They cater for weddings, functions and events, and stay busy right throughout the year. All produce is sourced as local as possible, and using only the finest and freshest ingredients the menu is changed seasonally, therefore showcasing the best produce of the region. Ideally you will be at either Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie level with good experience in either a high volume quality kitchen or a Rosette Restaurant. You must be flexible to work on all sections as required and have the ability to train junior chefs on each section. As Junior Sous Chef you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef. You must have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times. Car driver essential, due to location.
