Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for development. Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices. Requirements of the Primary Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles. A proactive and collaborative attitude. Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
