Head of Finance (Commissioning, NHS Experience, CCAB) – 6 months – 400/day, inside IR35 – Cardiff Hybrid Based with the office located in Cardiff. Our client are looking for a CCAB professionally qualified accountant (with significant relevant professional experience) to lead in managing provider activity and agreements as well as financial commissioning activity, including includes Long Term Agreements (LTAs), high-cost exclusions and non-contracted activity. The role will provide assistance and leadership where necessary in the negotiation and management of the agreements for the provision and commissioning of specialist services. The post holder will ensure systems are in place to monitor activity and financial performance – flagging trends and developments that may impact on the financial forecast position. Requirements: CCAB qualification NHS finance experience Significant experience at a senior management level with specialist expertise and experience of the NHS commissioning processes and systems.
