  • The role of Groups and Events Planning Executive involves managing and delivering the final details for our client’s events at The May Fair Hotel.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining effective and appropriate liaison with our clients throughout the planning process, coordinating planning site inspections and menu tastings where appropriate.

  • As the Groups and Events Planning Executive you will be meet and greet all key clients upon arrival for their event.

  • Attend weekly events meeting with F&B and Operations teams based on events for the week ahead.

  • In depth knowledge of Groups and Events Planning within a multi-million-pound meetings and events revenue generating 4 or 5 Star hotel operation.

  • Proven organizational skills, works well on their own. Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.

  • Proficient in IT applications including Opera, Delphi, and Salesforce.

  • Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills.

  • Confident and have the ability to establish rapport effectively.

  • Good command of English Language both verbally and written.
