The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Based in Newport the department is responsible for processing all financials relating to our clients (landlords & tenants) in a timely and accurate manor as well as providing other administrative support to the overall lettings operation., * Responsible for various daily administrative and accounting duties.

Responsible for various weekly, monthly and ‘as and when’ administrative and accounting duties.

Handle incoming and outbound internal (and occasionally external) telephone calls and emails providing support to our lettings administration and property management teams as well as our lettings branches.

Work to agreed targets and deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Conform to company policy and appropriate legislation (eg GDPR).

Any other duties reasonably requested.
No previous experience of lettings or client accounting is required as full training will be given. Candidates must have excellent numeracy skills, GCSE Maths and English grade C or above and be proficient with MS Office. Candidates must also be able to work to deadlines and possess good communication skills.
Previous experience of ‘client accounting’ and working in a fast paced office environment would be an advantage., * Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
