We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Occupational Health Team based in Rushden.

Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1-2 days per week

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Occupational Health team, supporting them in the efficient and effective working of the Occupational Health service provision to Kier. Your day to day will include:

  • Management of all appointments, communication between Kier management, client/employee and clinical practitioner ensuring the service is delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing outcome reports to Management, HR and the employee.
  • To support the assessment of staff to ensure capacity, capability and competency are maintained.
  • To work in partnership with Human Resources team colleagues on recruitment, rehabilitation and redeployment, disability and diversity issues, ill health retirement and sickness absence management.
