Financial Analyst, Real Estate

Lodha UK are seeking a commercially astute and analytically strong Financial Analyst to support the Real Estate business.

You will work closely with the leadership team on development related modelling, such as P&L, IRR models, planning viability appraisals, and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret financial data and build financial models
• Make projections and analyse the results
• Manage junior banking relationships
• Carry out processes to manage advisors and stakeholders
• Produce financial analytical reports and present insights to the business
• Have your own budgetary controls and cost management strategy
• Coordinate and liaise with external company directors to manage the administration of group entities
• Liaise with tax consultants and implement guidance
• Review and improve financial processes and systems

What We\’re Looking For:

• Strong academic background in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years\’ experience working as a financial analyst
• Previous Real Estate experience is a must
• Ability to organise and gather information and examine financial information
• Advanced Excel knowledge and numeracy
• Resilience and confidence in liaising with senior leadership and external stakeholder
