Are you passionate about design and creating inspiring experiences? Our client, an esteemed name in the high-end interior textiles world, is looking for a Showroom / Business Development Specialist to join their vibrant London team in the Chelsea area. It’s a chance to be part of something creative, customer-centric, and collaborative.
Whether it’s greeting private clients with a warm welcome or guiding top-tier designers and architects through a curated selection of luxurious materials, you’ll be helping to shape a space that feels both inspiring and effortlessly stylish while also having a good impact on the business development side.
Working closely with the Showroom Manager, Sales Team, and Country Manager, you’ll lend your flair to exciting projects, events, and showroom storytelling. Deliver exceptional service by offering expert product guidance, textile know-how, and mood board magic.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to build strong ties with the design community, including designers, influencers, media, and artists. Develop our smaller client accounts and support business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Interior Design (or similar), with 2+ years in interior design or luxury retail and/or significant experience in the industry.
- Passionate about high-end design, with a strong sense of aesthetics and familiarity with the art and architecture scene.
- A textile-savvy, detail-loving communicator who thrives in client-facing roles.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
- Great at building lasting relationships and connecting with the creative community.
