An exciting opportunity to join at a huge inflection point for the business, coinciding with the launch of our first seasonal collection with new Creative Director, Daniel Beardsworth-Shaw, and the relocation of our Global HQ to Kingly St. W1 in the heart of Soho, now home to our in-house design, creative, and product studios.
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative team. Based in our Soho HQ, you’ll help deliver the brand’s creative vision across all platforms, bringing energy, consistency, and bold thinking to everything from seasonal campaigns to daily content creation. You’ll work closely with the Head of Creative and wider creative studio, playing a vital role in the execution of the brand’s new creative direction and acting as a brand guardian across all visual outputs.
In this role, you will:
- Execute the creative strategy across graphics and video in collaboration with the Head of Creative
- Produce brand-relevant assets across all digital and print channels
- Create toolkits and templates for internal teams with clear usage guidelines
- Design seasonal lookbooks and support campaign asset delivery
- Create and edit video content to support campaigns and social storytelling
- Manage in-store screen scheduling and updates in line with the brand calendar
- Support print production, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with the UX designer to ensure the website reflects seasonal concepts
- Provide assets and creative support for retail, marketing, and press activations
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs and issue updated guidelines as needed
- Ideate and deliver multi-platform design solutions that are impactful and on-brand
- Work on campaign and social media assets, ecommerce visuals, and seasonal VM projects
- Provide event support including moodboards, printed materials, and on-site setup
- Take ownership of end-to-end creative projects, managing workflow and delivery
About You
We’re looking for a confident and creative graphic designer with an eye for detail and a collaborative, can-do attitude. You’ll bring excellent design instincts, strong technical skills, and experience working in fast-paced creative environments within fashion or retail.
- 2+ years' experience working in a creative studio, preferably within luxury or premium fashion
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
- Strong typographic skills and a keen eye for layout
- Confidence working across departments and on-set at both studio and location shoots
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
- A solid understanding of brand strategy, campaign storytelling, and content creation
- Experience supporting VM and press events
- Familiarity with Mac OS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel for shoots (both UK and international) and work occasional evenings/weekends
