A Middleweight Interior Designer role within a boutique studio specialising in high-end private residential projects. You will manage projects from concept to completion, including design development, drawing packages, FF&E, and site coordination. Working closely with the founder, you’ll take a lead role in delivering refined, layered interiors with a focus on materiality, craftsmanship, and considered detailing.

The ideal candidate will bring 4 years’ experience in high-end residential design, with demonstrable experience running multiple projects independently. You will be confident across all RIBA stages, able to create detailed drawing packages and lead site coordination including contractor RFIs and technical resolutions. Knowledge of FF&E is advantageous, as you will have the opportunity to source bespoke and vintage pieces. Excellent organisational ability and time management are key. You will have proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS and ideally SketchUp or similar 3D software, with the ability to clearly present ideas visually and verbally.
