Are you a commercially savvy HR Business Partner who loves coaching leaders, driving people strategy, and making a visible impact? You'd be joining a growing, multi-site SME business, looking for a confident, capable HRBP to work autonomously with remote-based colleagues.

You’ll:

  • Be the go-to partner for a key business area, aligning people strategy with commercial goals
  • Coach and enable line managers to lead brilliantly
  • Lead projects that boost performance, culture, and engagement
  • Collaborate across L&D, Talent, and Operations to build capability and plan for future growth
  • Use insight and data to shape strategy and spot opportunities for improvement
