Functional Consultant (Student Management Systems) Exciting opportunities with a leading / global SaaS provider that are expanding their Consultancy function, due to continued periods of growth and change. My client is looking for a number of client centric Consultants (various levels) to assist in the delivery of their ERP solution within the UK Higher Education sector. Salary: £65-£80k + benefits package Location: Home-based Key responsibilities: Perform E2E consulting services to customers’ including: Application Administration, Change and Configuration, Enhancements (including design and development) Analyse customer requirements and manage expectations throughout the implementation process Maintain capabilities through trends and new technologies, driving innovation and developing ideas for discussion and implementation Work with various teams to provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations Proactively communicate any issues that may impact delivery on customer expectations Key skills: Experience implementing Student Management Systems Experience delivering ERP Systems into a Higher Education setting Enterprise System delivery experience Excellent customer facing experience A background with ERP systems, or similar complex software products This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation with a global reach, at a point of significant growth and change.
