Simon Acres Group is proud to be partnered with one of the leading UK independent builders’ merchants and are looking for a full time External Sales Representative o join their team in Burton upon Trent. This is a full time, permanent role, paying up to £35,000 + bonus Please note, it will include working alternate Saturday mornings. Key responsibilities: Playing an instrumental role in growth and development of the branch Working as part of the team To identify new business opportunities Promoting brand as a supplier of choice and converting deals into regular business Maintaining relationships with the exiting customers and ensuring they continue to receive excellent customer service Taking proactive approach to visiting existing and potential customers in and around the Stafford area and building lasting relationships Using every opportunity to maximise sales Ideal Applicant: Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in a similar role is essential Sales Track Record: Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets Product Expertise: Excellent product knowledge of a range of building products Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships CRM proficiency: to manage leads, follow-ups, and client interactions Time Management: Exceptional orga…
