Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Location: Gravesend Pay: £88 – £110 per day (via PAYE) Are you passionate about helping young learners thrive in a school environment? Key Responsibilities Foster a safe and stimulating environment for pupils where children feel confident and comfortable to work to the best of their ability Establish professional relationships with pupils and interact with them according to their individual needs Adapt teaching styles appropriately to student’s individual needs and interests to facilitate enjoyable and effective learning experiences Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) to ensure inclusivity and engagement in the classroom Requirements A HLTA qualification or willingness to work towards one Prior experience working with children in an educational setting Ability to work well as part of a team as part of a multi-agency approach Flexibility and adaptability in supporting different subjects and age groups Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
