Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a global manufacturer that is looking for a Global Head of Quality who will shape and define the group’s approach to Quality, develop business wide cultures and work closely with senior leadership to continue improving global standards. The Head of Quality will be responsible for supporting all locations globally and will heavily support Regional Quality teams, working closely with manufacturing site teams to help deliver the highest levels of customer service. Our client is looking for someone who is both strategic and operational with the gravitas to influence change. Responsibilities of the Head of Quality will include: Be the focal point for all quality related issues Raising the profile of quality and creating a culture of continuous improvements across the business Identifying and systematically eliminating excessive appraisal and failure costs Ensuring timely escalation and reporting of significant quality events We are keen to speak with Heads of Quality / Quality Directors with the following: Experience working in a multi-site Global Quality Management role Demonstrable experience in driving quality improvement in a multi-site environment and is happy to travel for c30% of their time Fully conversant with the requirements of ISO9001 Has overseen and supported internal and external audits Has the ability to develop a global quality strategy but still Operational enough to be involved with the Plant Quality Managers Experience working for a global industrial or engineering business This is an exciting time to join the company as they embark on a period of change and growth allowing the Head of Quality the opportunity to impact and shape the future of the business. The role will require travel (roughly 30% of the time (UK, Europe, Asia and the US) and would suit candidates who live in the North of England or South-West England.
