About the Company

Known for delivering quality projects across commercial, residential, and refurbishment schemes, this contractor combines technical expertise with a hands-on, collaborative approach. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their Bristol team and take charge of key projects on site.

The Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily site activity and managing subcontractors and trades
• Driving health & safety compliance across all operations
• Ensuring quality standards are achieved and maintained throughout delivery
• Coordinating with project managers, design teams, and commercial staff
• Monitoring programme, progress, and reporting to senior management
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders on site

The Person

We are looking for an individual who brings:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with SME contractor or regional main contractor background
• A solid track record in delivering commercial, residential, or refurbishment projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work)

This role will suit an experienced site professional who is ready to step into senior-level responsibility and help drive project success.
