Construction Manager – Major Infrastructure Salary- £90,000-£100,000 Location: Norwich Lead the Way in Transforming Infrastructure! As Construction Manager, you’ll oversee large-scale projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, and within budget. What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll take full ownership of major infrastructure projects, handling everything from planning and resource allocation to risk mitigation and performance monitoring. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded. Safety and compliance will be your top priorities as you lead teams to deliver high-quality results within time and budget constraints. About You We’re looking for a strong leader with: ·A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). ·Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SMSTS. ·A proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. ·Exceptional team management, communication, and problem-solving skills. ·A passion for safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
