Responsibilities: Leading and mentoring a team of pastry chefs to ensure high standards and continuous development. Overseeing the preparation and presentation of all pastry items, ensuring quality and consistency. Managing the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen, including order of service and mise en place. Collaborating with the Executive Chef to create new and exciting dessert menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Maintaining inventory and ensuring efficient stock control and ordering processes. What you Need: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
